To join our group, we will first need to ask some questions, as it is an FCA requirement to ensure you are eligible to make investments. If you would rather speak to one of our team members to learn more about angel investing, that's no problem.

Investor Eligibility Requirements

To participate in angel investments, you must meet one of the following FCA criteria:

  • High Net Worth Individual: Net assets of £250,000 or more (excluding primary residence and pension)
  • Company Director: Director of a company with annual turnover of £1 million or more
  • High Income: Annual income of £100,000 or more in the previous financial year

If you don't meet these criteria, please contact us as there may be exceptions that apply to your situation.
